A Canadian mining company that bought a mothballed uranium mill in southern Utah has now acquired the private community of Ticaboo, located less than 10 miles from the mine. Toronto's Uranium One Inc acquired the property, which includes mobile home and recreational vehicle parks, the infrastructure for a housing subdivision, a restaurant and convenience store.
