RE: Complete BSThey actually sold 28% for 600million plus a 60% increase in production. This is now a much stronger entity. That is demonstrated by a 5 point jump in debenture price today (so far).
I suspect that as we get closer to the approval and closing dates this stock will rise. Remember after your 1.12 or so dividend your cost at todays price (2.62 at the moment) is only 1.50 per share.
I guess we know where the BS is coming from .
