At this stage we have no choice but to go with the deal .There's the U.S.$1.06 minimum for each share and the possibility , dim as it is at present , of share price appreciation. Whatever the Russians do , they will have to behave themselves vis-a-vis the minority shareholders because UUU is going to be their  vehicle  for international acquisitions. They seem to be planning a long- term build up with the goal of reaching the caliber of Areva.
According to my calculations they are paying $4.3 a share and they still have to pay the Japs $258 m.. Given that the share price has been going nowhere, this is not  bad at all.
The alternative , as some of you have suggested, is to get nothing. So the ruskies are already showing some consideration , and that's a very good sign indeed.
