RE: probabilty of debenturesI don't understand the question.  The debs. are a contractual legal obligation of UUU.  There is probably a redemption clause in the issuance document but such redemption is usually at least a few years after issue date.
ARMZ may want to eliminate them but that requires an offer that is satisfactory to the deb. holders.
I have heard nothing about any such redemption.  If others have an insight I,too, would like to hear about it.
