RE: Need advice!RBC does not offer level 2 quotes. I know TD does,  its not cheap though. I have heard their premium trading platform is a very good.  I use itrade, it offers level 2 quotes for free provided you are an active trader and make a minimum of 30 trades/quarter. They offer 3 platforms. Their most expensive one offers Level 2 quotes plus point and click trading. I don't now anything about piont and click trading. They do warn you to careful when using the point and click because it can be a costly mistake.
