Summer is usually a weak period, if you get caught buying at ..say... 2.60 to 2.70...it will probably be  just  dead money. Current economic conditions in Europe...slowing BRICK...will probably drive the SP lower. If you can get more in the low 2s....even below 2 with any luck.... you'll be laughing. I'm not against buying in the summer...but  at what price?

If we get some more QE from U.S. it's game on.
