ARMZ doesn't mind this one bit.  This becomes and interest-free loan for them.  Why would they be in any hurry to take care of this debt?  The longer it takes, the better for them.  

 

I suppose they would, under these circumstances, want to make sure that everything is very proper (with the added benefit of not having to pay interest on those many millions of dollars they owe to their minority owners).
