Cash

My guess, and this really is just complete speculation: SYD are in the process of arranging a significantly dillutive share issuance.

While the prospects are clearly improving for the company with each new contract that it signs, it simply does not have the cash to reach any kind of self sustaining profitability. From looking at the financials it seems to me that it will run out of cash pretty soon. In this kind of market for the financing of small speculative investments, is there really going to be the significant competition to provide SYD with funds that is needed to avoid small shareholders getting ripped off?

Makes sense considering how the expansion of contracts went up dramatically this year and we haven't heard much. Probably busy taking in all the contracts and doing operations to increase revenues right now. Good luck management and hopefully this is the ...more
