That should get us through to profitability!
August is almost here too and that quarter was profitable!

They may be able to build 2 more units with that $3 million loan and with revenues from a single unit perhaps worth up to $3 million fully utilized revenues form 3 units may take them to $9 million fully utilized and significant profits given the golden margins.

exactly what i thought would happen ,,van eden is the largest shareholder ,this is trading very cheap right now ,that wont last long,,,huge vote of confidence,,cheers

It answers my question that I asked on the board one week ago about the huge volume. Seeing those volume rise I was also expecting this sort of good news.

Agree that this is good news. I still think that there will be a dillutive equity issuance at some point: "The bridge loan has been put in place to ensure the continuing operations of the company and allow it to proceed with the construction of two additional realSens™ instruments until such time as more permanent capital can be put in place." In a year SYD could simply announce long-term debt or a convertable issuance instead of issuing shares. It could also be self-sufficient with growing profitability. The company is anticipated to be profitable this year accoring to the CEO, and think of what that means for next year with three tools given one can be worth $3-$4 million in revenue and profitability. I hope that you are right and the revenues/profits mean that they don't need to issue any more shares. However, I doubt that you are right. The possiblity of a dillutive equity issuance has been hanging over the stock for a long time now. If they strongly felt that with the $3m loan they will not need to do a share issuance, I think they would have indicated this in the press release. But they ...more
