chinaco offer

chinaco offer
was lousy  I told management that. They were going to buy some stock at .25  BFD  and then pay their share 70% of capex costs....so what does AAA get to do.....dilute their shareholders with  a PP to raise $30%   Issue a couple hundred/500,000........................ shares  bull  I couldn't believe the original deal.....they put the Chinaco in a position where they sold the original deal to their `BOARD' and then want them to `lose face"  and have to go back and sell another deal...no way  they lost the chinaco in my opinion.
Let the partner pay 100% to earn 70%   done all the time...I thought this fella Bharti  was sophisticated..??
