The big news will be held back untilafter the PP has closed. I know they can't withhold material information but it can be and is done everyday. The secretary types with one finger , someone is out with the flu , numbers have to be rechecked , president is out of the country and so on.
Closing of the amended offering is anticipated to occur on or about March 1, 2011
