RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: BHP friend or enemy?
RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: BHP friend or enemy?Well where to start? If BHP did not care about us why would they have their Geologist embeded in our camp for the last year? BHP could bring their land onto production faster than Allana only if they blindly start to mine without any drilling done to confirm the depth or grade of their potash...they are about one year behind Allana...BHP is ramping up and starting their drilling now...even they have to determine where on their massive property the mine should go...you think?
Most longs here do not want a buyout now...or ever...period..
We have raised all the money required for drilling and up to the end of the Bankable Feasibility Study.
For the record twpt...we have one pending Offtake Agreement on the table with China Minerals for 35% of the Mine Capex for 20% of the offtake at a $100 discount per tonne until the 35% is paid back...So, 2 more offtake agreements at similar terms gets us 100% Financing for Mine Capex for 60% Offtake for 4 years until we pay back the full amount...and for the record...NO SHARE DILUTION at all.
No one here wants the price of Potash KCL to go up too high...thats what happened in 2008 and farmers just said NO..the price fell and so did the profits of the majors...this time they have a better strategy...increase EPS for their shareholders and keep the suppy and demand in a more stable ratio. No one wins with Potash KCL at $1000 per tonne.
Hope your right and BHP intends to develop their own projects as opposed to aquisitons after the failed POT bid.. The more time Allana has to accomplish the milestones before us...the higher the price goes for a buy out.
NI Resource Estimate
Bankable Feasibility Study
Samarian or Nova Land Aquisition
Phase 2 Drilling Campaign
Drilling on our land in Argentina
Signed Offtake Agreements for 100% Capex Financing or Debt Financing by Liberty Metals
I can tell you if BHP or another major waits five years to buy out Allana they will pay over $30 per share...and maybe higher depending on what we hit in Argentina.
Because you have ADD I tried to be to the point....get it yet?
