RE: From November-Mr. Bharti - Karmanow

RE: From November-Mr. Bharti - Karmanowyenyen, I thought that as well...the Samarian Parcels were revoked by the Ethiopian Govt ...they were revoked from the Isreali Co. and in an email to a poster here..Farhad said that the current "Ethiopian Businessmen" were not interested in selling the parcel at this time...not sure if it is the same Ethiopian Businessmen that we bought the Haro Parcel from?...either way..it appears the current owners are holding out for a higher price...but...if they do not show progress in advancing the parcel..ie. putting up some real money for drilling and/or exploration work in the next 2 months...well...the current land lease expires July 8th 2011 and I would not be surprised if the current owners try to get too greedy they may loose the land lease renewal..then the Ethiopian Govt. can issue a new land lease to a company that is going to put the money up for drilling and exploring the "strategic land" and eventually putting in a mine and paying the govt taxes for many years to come...wonder who will get the land lease?.....:) time will tell...if we pay a few million on the same terms as the Haro Deal..then that is good...if we get the land lease re issued from the Ethiopian Govt...then that is GREAT...
Farhad may still surprise us...it could be the Nova Land to the south and the west of our current land...3 times the size of the Samarian Block...either one would be huge value for AAA going forward and long term...
