This isn't large volume and indicates nothing. It's large relative to recent action but, those of us who've been around these parts remember the days and weeks where multiples of the current volumes were the norm. Large shareholders also are indicative of anything as many institutional investors jumped on in late in the game and will bail because they are impatient. Instititional/large investors doesn't mean smart money just lot's of money and they can eat their mistakes easier than the smaller investor can.

The studies aren't anywhere near completion. Even the water study is only one slice of the picture and if they wanted to they could have conducted a study about building a pipeline alongside it but, why waste money frivolously at this point.

If your so fearful than dump your shares and leave never to return again. At least if you had some sort of intelligent argument beyond regulators and large shareholders you may be believable.
