With 3 of the worlds top 4 mining conglomerates (BHP, VALE and RIO TINTO) all proposing new potash mines in Saskatchewan , plus Canpotex member expansions (PotashCorp, Mosaic , Agrium) and Germany's K+S new solution mine NW of Regina, people will require affordable housing by the thousands.
