NEWS

NEWS

I think this news has more than you think positive implications. Not only can you now factor in that you have basically doubled your resource (and not done yet) into the feasability which should bring down a bit the capex and opex. Now we can also factor in Rail transport which I think could decrease the OPEX by another 10 dollars a tonne if not more. I also think that it may be a good idea to maybe think about going directly to a 2 million tonne per year operation from the get go. It would improve the CAPEX and OPEX. One major concern from the analysts from what I heard of is the OPEX because of trucking.. and didnt eally believe that the trucking costs could be that low... well now its basicaly forsure that it is going to go lower. Another major concern for analysts on why they are not making this stock a top pick is the question on infrastructure. If the Etheopian Government is committed to the rail project, they are going to be great to deal with. In regards to the infrastructure question, Rail puts to rest alot of questions on that subject but also further de risks the project by that large investment before we even got official financing.

I think these events are extremely positive. If management does this right, I see us all longs being very happy in a few years.
