Could be worse. WE could have a CEO who says we're in discussions but doesn't disclose what they are or who with. Then magically the alleged discussions ended in failure. And that was for a decent deposit with solid management. Hate to be in a more junior pump in the moose pasture.

Those financing terms I've known about for sometime. However, if all you do for your research is read Stockhouse and corporate promotional material you seriously need some help.
