At what point do you stand back and look at the one year chart and say, end of August high was close to $1.45, beginning of November high was $1.32, january high was 0.96, May high was
.74, July was around 69 cents, and now in August, we are at 62 cents......where do you say the breakout points are?  obviously 69 cents....but on the downside, what level would you say has to be breached for a failed confirmation to the upsaide?  57 cents?

Also, my opinion is that the longer it stays in the low 60 and high 50s range, the higher the likelyhood of a takeout at the 80-90 cents range.....those looking at 2 plus bucks may be displeased.  I am sure with liberty involved at high levels in the 50's, the PP at 80 and the other financing over a buck, they may look at 90 cents and say...ok.

Take a look at what happened to pacific potash...PP on the venture of an example of what I am talking about.
