They have an exploration license. They will need a mining license, tomacco.

............then why was Sainik ,according to this report,awarded a mining license......in 2007!!!!! Anyone know what is reqiuired to be granted a mining license? From what i understand, the feasibility study has yet to be completed.....so that does not appear to be a requirement.
