ALLANA POTASH CORP.
Dear Shareholders,
We are fast approaching the holiday season and as we reflect back on 2012, we are extremely grateful for all our blessings big and small. This year, our potash project in the Danakhil Depression in Ethiopia has achieved numerous milestones.:
- A successful exploration program;
- Development of all aspects of Allana's Ethiopian operations and infrastructure;
- An updated National Instrument 43-101 mineral resource estimate;
- The Nova Potash acquisition;
- Successful equity financing; and
- Great progress towards the completion of our feasibility study and ESHIA.
The completion of the Feasibility Study will enable us to progress towards development and production very shortly. Without the hard work and dedication of all our employees and the support of all our stakeholders, including the Ethiopian government and the people of Ethiopia, we would not be in a position to celebrate the many successes your company has enjoyed this year.
Over the last several years, we have built our Allana corporate family that includes our shareholders, management, board, our Ethiopian staff, the people and government of Ethiopia. We are thrilled that our family of stakeholders will continue to expand in coming months and years to include the people and government of Djibouti as well as other large financial supporters.
The reason I say it is a family is that I personally, and Allana in general, have received tremendous support from both individual and institutional shareholders, despite challenging capital markets in 2012.
Allana's team has worked tirelessly to build value for this momentous project in East Africa and we have felt and appreciated the support of our shareholders throughout those continuing efforts.
Your supportive words and actions mean a lot to us at Allana as we take our project to a whole new level of development.
Personally, I would like to pass on my heartfelt appreciation to all those who made a difference in our Allana Potash family this year for your continued support and on behalf of the entire Allana team, I would
like to wish you and your family the very best for the season along with health and happiness in the New Year.
