burn rate

burn rate

ok so for the burn rate, the burn rate going forward will be at least in half. In this past quarter, there were alot of things going on. (we have to pay the technical teams for feasability and environment and the people who helped with the mining liscence). There was also drilling and pre construction initiatives. Right now, the focus is on travel and meetings to secure debt, equity, offtake agreements. I believe we are close. Out of the 700 mil soft commitments, obviously there are going to be some that have dropped off because of the depressed price. BUT, not many I would suspect because our feasability study actually came in better than expected using an even much lower potash price. If we used a 50 dollar increase in potash prices, our irr would probably be going just over 40%. That would have been nice and I would have insane confidence of this project if the potash price was where it was a year and a half ago. I would also suspect that the potash price would bottom here if jansen gets shelved for 5 to 6 years. I would actually suspect it would go up a bit back to 450 or so. One last rant: Bruce on BNN, what an idiot. He pumped magindustries for years from 3.00 down to a buyout (78%) or so of the company of about .25cents to a chinese company. He's probably still hurting on that one! He was extremely confident on that one where I bought in at .30 to .20 and actually broke about even. What was also frustrating at that time, was that magindustries was closest to production out of any junior (even allana) and when all of the potash juniors took off about 3 years ago, magindustries just sat there and actually went down. others gained 300 to 500 percent while i went down like 30-40 percent! haha kicking myself for believing that idiot. This guy knew everything about magindustries but you can tell that he had no clue about allana. He probably just remembered allana a few years ago at what they were doing. I dout he did any dd on it from when the caller came through. Why do all analysts have buy and top pick ratings? with target prices over a dollar and state that when milestones are met, they would re rate the target price? oh ya because they actually do dd on the company.
