I would recommend it is worth the hold. What markets have being missing is sound partner backing up production such as off-takes or joint venture with proven solution mining experience. No sooner a announcement comes funds & institutes will step in to take positions in Allana.

Mining license to me is side issue certainly a step forward news.

IMHO all news - license, off-take, partnership and debt funding are linked and managed closely in cooperation between Ethiopian Govt. and Allana. Anyone news coming through means all decks are aligned !!!
