Take a note the management is aware of low SP and will not do dilutive financing unless the SP swells past $1. The options in are: offtake, partnership, maybe even a line of credit and debt financing. Shares will be given to partners and very very small part will go to raise capital ! Partnership is next big announcement and with that we will have tens and millions if not hundred million.
