Not only has the timeline in the presentation changed, it suggests that management is nowhere near completing financing.   The timeline shows Q1 2014 to Q4 2015, a two year span, during which financing is to be complete about half way through.   What is even the point for us to speculate on timelines when managment is so nebulous.
