RE:RE:RE:Ferti, Bob and StagI've made 1700% in less than 4 years on investments exactly like this, underappreciated and underpriced assets, not just one or two lucky shots, but built on at least a dozen investments matching this profile. No shorting, no options, purely undervalued assets. The downside here is 20% or so, the upside is 400%.  Nobody has to pay me, I will pay myself.  Sometimes the price and the value become disconnected , that's the case here. You should reconsider your position. You know mine. If you are short, your risk is far greater than mine, if you are not, why are you even here? What's your incentive?  Not that I care, buy why  waste your time if you have no financial interest?
