Hello Wendell: The chart indicates that financing of the project is targeted(baring any delays) for the first\second quarter of 2014, while the commencement of construction and completion of the mine would be scheduled to take place during the 2014-2015 period....start up would then be earmarked for late 2015\early 2016.....and ramp up to full production would follow thereafter Tks I hope this helps Cheers, Richard A.
