Here is the management concerns.....If I unfold the management story since last 2 years, funding was on cards Q3 2013, it then moved to Q4 2013 and now pushed out to 2014 (do not know the quarter) so the concerns are very obvious that they keep making cheesy statements and then quietly sneek shifts in corporate deck to keep retail bagholders glued to stock..... In all fairness the characteristic have become so glaring that past few bullish news (even like grant of mining license) did not rally this stock. Very concerning people.
