LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! no ferti.....kinda expensive right now....a mine ready to be built with no money trading at 41 pennies.....in an iffy sector....show me the money to buil and I'll pay more.....that will be considered a bargain. Once producing with sector turn around...yep...BARGAIN!!!!!!!!
