De risked big time. Different deal than I was expecting, smaller, but better. I expected a JV and having to give up a big chunk of Dallol, 20%-40%, plus a share issue to the JV partner. This baby is still 95% ours with the expertise to built it, to run it, and to sell it. 100% sales before it's built doesn't hurt either. This huge vote of confidence in this project won't go unnoticed by the investment community who were looking for a little more certainty in this play. The debt financing($500mil from development banks and $150mil from alternate sources) will hopefully come to fruition next quarter with finalization soon after. We're rolling baby.
