Allana's SH Rights Plan is so darn good that management can void it as they see fit without consulting SH. It is just more fluff without substance. Read the fine print. No value whatsoever. They will do what they want whenever they want just as they always have. Take the Rodinia deal as a case in point. No news release. No share holder disclosure for months. Ball rub of a deal. Did you guys know that Abasov is connected to Rodinia and Allana , and they gave our money to Rodinia in a deal that was so great for AAA investors they didn't see it necessay to make a press release? But they made much BS in a press release announcing a pledge to donate money to Ethiopian Famine Relief. Nice, eh? The thing is they never ever followed through on that pledge. And they never put out a press release saying they backed out of the pledge.
