ICL is getting screwed in their homeland by their own government by taxes and a depleting resource lifeline so Ethiopia is the logical place to own a new mine. If they buy AAA then they could make their head office in Canada???? (like Burger King and Tim's deal did). save a lot of $$$ on taxes
