RE:RE:Developments and comments from ICLBorgas has to be very hush, hush right now when he is negotiating with AAA for the best deal he can get. Either buying the MOP only or all of AAA (which would include the SOP PEA). Either ICL steps up real soon and decides to BUY AAA or the SOP PEA will be released and the BUYOUT price will go up.
