I agree I can't see a sale at the moment as ICL will probably want to see the project move on a little farther before a possible buyout.  Remember they said they want to develop the local market.  On the other hand the SOP PEA may have changed the dynamics with others coming in to view the SOP potential according to Farhad.

Time will tell.  With the lack of volume I think we are waiting to see the news by the looks of it.
