RE:Execs Weigh in on Macquarie’s Potash Price Outlook

RE:Execs Weigh in on Macquarie’s Potash Price OutlookFor me, I think this is to just make headlines.. Everyone likes to make predictions.. not long ago many experts thought oil was going to 200.00 a barrel.. and when gold was going up a few years ago, many analysts.experts thought it was going to 2000 and up from there some even thought 4000.. All we know is that the world is getting bigger and more farm land to fertilize. Africa will be a massive consumer but probably not for a while.. I can see them in 2-3 years start to take in alot of fertilizer and probably increase 10-20% a year.. people always like to make predictions but rarely does is it ever bang on.. sure, the potash price may go down a bit. but to say 250? that seems overblown.. and well, if it does and stays there, jansen and any non low cost producers would not get off the floor. I think the potash price will stay at these levels for some time.. might dip down to 280  but in a few years I think we will climb back up to 350..
