RE:Protest this deal :

RE:Protest this deal :I have had more than 24 hours to think about it and I can only come to one conclusion.   The deal stinks.

Allana management are gutless.   After holding shares for years and all this waiting, they sell out when the potash market is down.  Why now and why so low?   It is like they just got bored with it.   Where is the vision?   It really makes me wonder what kind of sweetheart deal Farhad will get in the end and makes me wonder who was really calling the shots.

I should not have ignored my inner voice.   This will be the last time I ever buy into any company that has Stan Bharti's name associated with it and I will never buy into any company with Farhad Abasov involved.

So if I vote NO what is the likely-hood of a better offer coming in?  I think a no vote may actually stand a chance.
