AfDB has an updated schedule online. The one being touted here is September to December. The new one is for November to February. If someone can find any mention of Allana in the revised schedule then please show us all where it is. Maybe this would be a good PROJECT X 4 for our friend Bobbie. I'm very surprised that JR has not presented the NEW schedule here. He's usually very up on these things.
So no financing from AfDB? Now what?
