Sorry - Title in Subject should read 5 MILLION shares (2.64% of float) Can buy back 133,000 shares daily which represents 25% of average daily trading volume.

This one has not been doing much ... but with a nice dividend which seems quite safe, and a positive outlook on manufacturing in North America, I started nibbling on this one again. Good move ...more

I like this one .... but I hold plenty of REITS and have not noticed the big rally you are mentioning other than the usual suspects.  Rising interest rates are an overhang on these things.   ...more

Stock has not participated in the REIT recovery from last few days. Stock is barely 10% above 52 week lows, and quite down compared to 52 week high. It has done very poorly compared to the sector ...more

A Company can choose to either use treasury or buy in the

open market as I mentioned in my note.  Even if a company issues more shares instead of paying out in cash; that cash stays in the company and can be put to use.  Investors can benefit from ...more

FYI, shares are issued from treasury (usually at a discount) in a DRIP which can lead to dillution.
