Q2 financials
The way I see it, those are solid numbers. Revenues up, debt down, occupancy slightly up and stable, great new acquisitions. Can anyone contradict me please, if you found something bad that I missed. This has been my favorite long term investment for about a year... I followed it for 6 months before investing and I am convinced of its potential, I would like to get a different point of view to cross examine.

Have owned Pure Industrial since they were under $3 and happy with them. These guys used to be below the radar but now get some coverage being one of the few industrial companies in Canada and with the e-commerce theme - a lot of investors are getting into the industrial names. Pure Family REIT is also getting interesting with the drop.
