of course, more capex than cash flow; but this is not well development capex, this is infrastructure; smart move; you build infrastructure to support future growth; smarter to finance that with debt than FCF; debt is inherent leverage, which increases ROE and ROI in the long term, unlike funding infrastructure from FCF
