Budgets, Gas Supply and the AAV Advantage
All NA producers are cutting CAPEX to the min. AAV needs to cut the oil drills. In AB, there were no new well licences this week (through Wed).
Very good for gas dynamics in CDA and NA. The oil guys in the Permian with big solution gas volumes will stop spending and flooding the US market with give-away gas. Really like the prospect of a gas curve up and to the right and the very competent management team at AAV needs to stay focused on what they know best.
The lowest cost CDN gas producer with control of their own facilities wins. AAV has this. Great advantage for ADVANTAGE shareholders.
