What Next for AAV
The oil & gas pendulum swings from "grow production" to "take the hero cash" to "pay a dividend" (for some) to "be the most efficient" to now, which is "fix the balance (bankers) sheet". We are now living the latter phase. The bankers are now running the industry in CDA.
The bankers choke hold will tube the plans of many CDN and some US producers for the next 12 months. End result is minimal drilling + big declines + shorter supply = Less natgas product.
Nat gas is the future for NA. As long as AAV Mgmt stays focused and doesn't do a non-sensical deal, looking out the backend of this, AAV, with one of the best asset bases, should be a 2X trophy for investors. Pass it on.

With a $300m market cap and their solid balance sheet, I see at least a double over the next 12 months. WHere else can you get their exceptional Montney drilling locations and Glacier gas plant for this money? I know Andy Mah has said he would look to acquire, but AAV looks ripe to be the acquired.
