NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF SECURITYHOLDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting (the “Meeting”) of the holders of common shares
(“Shares”) of the Company (the “Shareholders”), the holders of options (“Options”) to purchase Shares of the
Company (the “Optionholders”), the holders of restricted share units (“RSUs”) of the Company (the “RSU Holders”)
and the holders of performance share units (“PSUs”) of the Company (the “PSU Holders”) and the holders of deferred
share units (“DSUs”, collectively with the Shares, Options, RSUs, and PSUs, the “Securities”) of the Company (the
“DSU Holders”, collectively with the Shareholders, Optionholders, RSU Holders and PSU Holders, the
“Securityholders”) of Absolute Software Corporation (“Absolute” or the “Company”) will be held at Suite 3500 –

report, the securityholding percentage of the Eligible Institutional Investor is 4.8% of the
outstanding common shares of the Issuer.
