Thanks for your interest, but plumbing is excellent. Even my fam. physician doesn't go anywhere near there.  She's not allowed. btw just got back from a 1.5  km swim in the Pacific.  Not bad for an 80 yr old, eh bucco?

Mine was frozen when I left.  But by May 1, it will be ready for the dock.  Crystal clear, pristine and pure, no algae, no weeds and great for a daily bracing swim.  You can see the small mouth protecting their spawn. Won't miss the 26c sea water by then. Cheers
