S&P Revises AC’s Outlook From Stable To Positive S&P revised its outlook for AC from stable to positive and expects AC’s earnings and operating cash flow will continue to improve this year and next, led by strong consumer demand amid favourable pricing relative to pre-pandemic 2019. S&P noted the positive outlook reflects the potential for an upgrade later this year. AC is targeting a leverage ratio of ~1.5x exiting 2024 and cumulative FCF of ~$2.5B from 2022 to 2024.
