RE:RE:no seats are selling, lawsuit and virus
trader520, your analyze seem plausible. Far better that on balance guy , the twilight zone guy, who think the market will go back what it was 3 months ago. That rhink the airlines did a super turn around but no the basis in aerospace stay the same. Less tickets sold less money are made by airlines. Lay off after the corona crisis will put some fear of passager to take the plane in a apprehemsion of a second waves of the virus. Also, a lot more people will lose their job so they will not buy a flight ticket, and will go on vacation in car instead. The demand for tickets will be fat lower than few months ago. Airlines will have a lot of debts as always in all in the others recession in mankind. It will take 2-3 years for airlines to do big profit again. Any 7 years old boy can look the graphs of airlines stocks performance like AAL, AC in 2008, 2001, 1980 and say north american airlines go often from like 60 to 3. The aerospace world fundamentals didnt change lol. Some fool like on balance or unbalance think not. It all about demand and offer. And demands of flight tickets are in decline for a long time. And AC is sue by customers for not refunding for their tickets in the corona virus crisis.
