You just babbled to say what I said already! Perfect time to refinance for the long term while interest rates are low as they are about to rise! As far as your real estate knowledge you are pretty much an idiot if in fact you owned any property you would know not take take any second mortgage in a rising interest rate environment as interest rate rises second mortgages are often whiped out! As for being a real estate broker quite possible I have 2 friends that never graduated high school became real estate brokers..... It is not rocket science fool!
