RE:Hotel Quarantine SNAFUUnfortunately these regs have no enforcement mechanism other than a fine that is smaller the taking the hotel and test! What I think needs to be kicked into their heads is that they have a civil liability! It might be tough to prove but if so they lose their car their house and their money! So someone arrives and refuses hotel and testing happens to be my sister even. So they give me or one of my kids or wife Covid and they die. I sue them for everything they are worth and winning would be a slam dunk.... Most people that are flying have money so fine is no big deal explain to them how it might cost them millions bet they see the light!
