Rousseau already has all the FCF driving measures in place, permanent cost cutting structural changes shored up, plenty of liquidity and plenty additional liquidity insurance (Feds program) most of it that will not be drawn upon. Retiring the Feds' warrants will occur sooner than anticipated.
