Not sure 30 is in the cards for 2023 but may be if volumes remain high through the summer. For now I would be happy to see north of 24 and holding through any continued economic issues we are having. When interest rates begin to come down we will see the 30 mark but I don't think before that.

Should be a good run for the next week though. May need to take some profit
