Westjet helping Air Canada

Westjet helping Air Canada Threat of strike is helping AC get more bookings.  Westjet is already lossing pilot's.  240 left last year and 100 this year.

AC will have minimum cost to train former WJ pilot as both fly the 737 MAX and 787.

Its obvious that WJ doesn't pay well as other airlines thats why they are seeing huge exodus of pilots.  Only way to prevent more loss is to give pilots a big raise.  A raise that will have to be paid by higher ticket price.

If pilots are leaving then its probably true for AME's and flight attendance too.

Dont tell these facts to reject2021 though.
